On the 7th Feb 2012 we said goodbye for the last time at the crematorium. Dom always loved the snow and it seemed fitting that on that particular day we had snow and it was bitterly cold although not unusually so for February. 6 years on, on the anniversay of our final farewell we were greeted this morning to a dusting of snow for the first time since 2012. Everytime I realise that it is 6 years since his passing, I think I am mistaken and have to count backwards. Where did those 6 years go? I cant believe he has been gone from our lives for so long. x
